You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting our customer service team.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
In the event of any suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. We may also maintain a blacklist of such customers and restrict future access or orders.
As we deal with Ayurvedic and personal care products, we follow a strict no-return or exchange policy, except in the following cases:
Damaged product
Missing item(s)
Incorrect product delivered
Empty or defective packaging
To be eligible for a return/exchange in such cases, customers must provide:
An unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened)
Clear images of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

Do not send products back without confirmation from our support team.
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, your refund will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 7β10 business days.
For returned/damaged items (if approved), you will be notified via email once we receive and inspect the return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card or UPI) within 7β10 days.

Check your bank or payment account again
Contact your bank/payment provider (some banks take longer to post refunds)
